Products & Descriptions
All products are artificial with some fresh arrangements decided at the time by its creator, unless clearly stated otherwise. We aim for accurate photos and descriptions. Slight variations in colour, size, texture, or appearance can occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches, or hand-finishing. "Real-touch? or premium materials may feel different from standard silk/plastic. Product images are for illustration only and do not constitute a sale by sample.
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (e.g. stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud).A contract is formed when we send order confirmation / dispatch email.You must be 18+ to purchase.Custom or made-to-order items begin production once payment is received (or deposit paid, if applicable).4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in [currency] and include/exclude tax as stated at checkout. Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Full payment is required at checkout unless we have agreed a deposit + balance schedule (common for large/custom/event orders).Accepted payment methods: [list them – cards, PayPal, bank transfer, etc..
We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment fails or appears fraudulent.5. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom arrangements, colour matching, or special designs are made specifically for you.Once production has started, these items are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable (except where required by law for faulty goods).Colour matching is done as closely as possible but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and start from dispatch. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are handed to the carrier (or collected).We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or incorrect address details provided by you. You must inspect goods on arrival and report any damage or shortages within [X days – commonly 48 hours to 7 days.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Standard (non-custom) products: You may return unused items in original condition within 14 / 30] days of delivery for a refund or exchange (subject to your local consumer laws). Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Restocking fee of [10%] may apply on change-of-mind returns (optional – check local rules). Custom / made-to-order / personalised items: Generally non-refundable once production has started, except for defects. Care & Use
Artificial flowers are not intended for outdoor use unless specifically labelled as UV-resistant / outdoor-suitable. Follow any care instructions provided. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, extreme temperatures, prolonged outdoor exposure, or improper cleaning.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website (photos, designs, text, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without permission.10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection laws.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply chain issues, etc.).
